Hi, I am planning new pedal board for my series basses. Now I use DS-5 temporarily. But, Can I use two 18 Volt output for 5 pin }18 Volt? There are variety of power supply (for ex. VooDoo Lab's Pedal Power 2 or Iso-5) for pedal board. Two isolated 18 Volt out (one is use with reverse polality cable) are fit for it or not ? Eiji |

I'm sure you can if you know what you are doing. I found a thread here where someone made a 36v power supply to enable him to use a wireless transmitter with his series bass. I'm no electronics wizard but i'm sure that principle could be adapted to a floor mount solution with your 18v pus's. http://alembic.com/club/messages/393/167572.html?1378661938 Jazzyvee |

Hi Jazzyvee, I also made such thing with two output for each PU. I will build new board with in ear monitoring that Mr. Jimmy Johnson shows his thread. So the power supply is must in the board. But DS-5 is bit heavy because blue outer wall. I'm thinking knock down rebuild by DS-5 or }18V (normal 18V and reverse polality 18V as -18V) by common power supply. Eiji |
