Thanks, Dave. This bass has been through Hell and back and is part of my soul. There is nothing on Earth that sounds like a Series Alembic, and having this one built to my specs so long ago was the single best investment I could have possibly made in and for myself. For a short period when I wasn't playing music anymore I traded it to one of my brothers, but was able to get it back after a few years so it has really never left the family. Everybody should be so fortunate as to play an instrument so amazingly responsive and inspiring. John |

James, your basses are simply gorgeous, so I am really humbled that you like 811952 so well. Yours will always look great. And my bass welcomes your test drive any time as well.
