Very nice, Manfred, that's the first Tenor bass I've seen..I'm curious, what's the tuning on it? I used to have a short scale SC that I had strung ADGC, but I think I'd like something a little higher in range but still with a bass feel. Valentino |

Hi Valentino, Actually, there is nothing special to see. It is tuned ADGC right now, but I will change that to normal tuning. I'm waiting for an answer about adjustment of the truss rod. Maybe you know. Do I have to adjust it? While I'm typing this, I have your bass in mind. Do you have a proper picture of it. Non compressed. As a graphic designer I want to change the backgound behind the bass and I'm trying to do some other graphic stuff with it. Just for fun. Maybe in 3-D. If you have it and if you don't mind, please e-mail it to me. Thanks... Manfred |

Unfortunately I do not have a picture of my old SC. Regarding the truss rod, you probably will need to adjust it. But that's easy to do. Good luck Valentino |

Hi again, No, that's not what I meant, regarding the pictures. I'll show you what I'm talking about soon. I don't know if it works, but I'll give it a try. You'll hear from me. Peace, Manfred |

Hello Brian, Thanks. No, it's a Koa top. This bass has been refinished just before I bought it. But, now wood damage at all. I'm very happy with it. Best, Manfred |

Here are two pictures, one from the backside plus one from the bridge (pretty clean for 24 years). Don't you agree?
