That is a nice-looking series. What is the top wood on that? The fretboard looks red. Is it Vermillion? Very cool and unique bass! |

Thanks, good eyes! Red...Yes the fretboard is Vermillion (great sounding too!!). The top wood is a splendid piece of California Walnut. The engineer at this studio was intrigued by the way the bass looked and then was astonished by the ease in which we got a fantastic tone. |

Hey Oggy, Vermillion is another name for Padauk, so you're both right (you and your alter-ego). Let's see some more pics just to be sure! |

ProTools HD, and those are KRK's sounded great on playback. |
